| Natural Family Planning Class I am teaching a course on natural family planning. This is a birth control method that uses only your body's natural signals to either prevent pregnancy/space pregnancies, or to help understand your body better to achieve a pregnancy. The course consists of three separate classes, once a month for three months. The first series of the year is already underway, the next begins in September. All classes are at 6pm at the Boardman Campus of St. Elizabeth Hospital, unless otherwise noted.
